Shipping times?
-Orders will be shipped out anywhere from days to weeks. Typically takes 3-15 business days to ship, if there are further delays we will email you.
How does made-to-order work?
-After you purchase an apparel item we order the blank, once the blank arrives we begin screen printing.
Apparel care?
-We recommend washing apparel inside out on cold & air dry for longevity. To minimize wrinkles pop damp apparel in the dryer on low heat.
Cancellations or returns?
-We do not offer cancellations or returns at this time.
Update on my order?
You will only receive 2 emails from us.
-The first email will be sent once you've placed your order which has the order number.
-The second email will be sent once the shipping label is created which has the tracking number.
*it is normal to NOT get an update for weeks*
Damaged item?
-We do everything to ensure your item will make it safely, so at this time we do not offer refunds or replacement items.
Sustainability efforts?
-We use Bella + Canvas and Comfort Colors blanks. Both companies consider the environment and people!!! *Linked more information*
-We recently made the switch from HTV vinyl to screen-printing for our apparel, this ultimately has cut down on our waste. For screen-printing we use speedball water-based inks which do not contain toxic chemicals instead, it’s composed of naturally occurring substances.
-We will continue sourcing vintage/ second hand items & adding our designs to them! *If an item is vintage/ second hand it will be stated in the description of the item*
