Shipping & Returns

Shipping times:

It takes us 2-3 weeks to ship your items. 

Delivery times:

It takes about 2-5 days not including Sundays for USPS to deliver your items. 

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time, still trying to figure out customs!

Order update:

You will receive two emails from us! The first email will be sent once you've placed your order, which has the order number. The second email will be sent once the shipping label has been created, which has the tracking number. *Please make sure to check your junk mail, sometimes our emails will land there! 

Cancellations:

We offer cancellations within the first 24 hours. Please email us (kelsey.ohkay@gmail.com)

Returns:

We don’t offer returns, unless a mistake was made on our end!

Exchanges:

We understand sometimes our items might not be the size that works best for you, so we do offer exchanges if you're willing to cover the shipping fees!

Damaged item:

Please email us (kelsey.ohkay@gmail.com) with a picture of the damage, and we will refund or send a new item!
